In the Municipality of Homeroupolis there are two basic springs, one of
Ractis and the other of
Klidou, which they serve residents needs in drinkable water even in our days.
The water of each spring is petty in stiffness, pleasing to the taste, easy to digest, light, one of the best in the island.
The spring of Ractis, as we have mentioned, is located on the seaside road west of
Daskalopetra, while the area of Klidou is situated on Vrontados and its rich in flora and fauna.
